Vollrath 15113 Replacement Blade Assembly – InstaSlice 4/4″ Scalloped

Vollrath 15113 Description

The Vollrath 15113 blade assembly is designed for use with an InstaSlice tomato slicer; it cleanly slices through soft tomatoes, absent bruising or squishing. It makes 14-inch-wide cuts and uses scalloped blades that don’t scour tomato skin before slicing through it. This assembly’s one-piece design is convenient to pop in and out.
