Crafted in South Australia and part of Koi Knives’ Aviary Series, the “Magpie” is named after the iconic bird commonly seen and heard in the region, symbolizing the knife’s accessibility and reliability in daily life. The handle is made from rich Ebony wood, complemented by a white-infused resin. The blade features a drop-point design, made from 14C28N Sandvik Swedish Steel, known for its excellent balance of sharpness, corrosion resistance, and edge retention.
