Koi Knives “The Galah”

Crafted in South Australia and part of Koi Knives’ Aviary Series, “Galah” is a term used in Australia for a silly person. This is thought to have come from the silly antics of Galah birds. The handle is made from G10 and complemented by a pink-infused resin. The blade features a clip-point design, made from 14C28N Sandvik Swedish Steel, known for its excellent balance of sharpness, corrosion resistance, and edge retention.
