Koi Knives “The Cassowary”

Crafted in South Australia and part of Koi Knives’ Aviary Series, the “Cassowary” draws inspiration from the colors and shapes of its namesake. The handle is made from rich Ebony wood and complemented by by red G10 & a turquoise-infused resin. The blade features a drop-point design, made from 14C28N Sandvik Swedish Steel, known for its excellent balance of sharpness, corrosion resistance, and edge retention.
