This multi-wheel pastry cutter expands and retracts for a variety of widths and excellent versatility in quickly cutting pastries, dough and more. It has six 2″ stainless-steel, parallel wheels that can adjust from 3/4″ to 5-3/4″ in between each other. In the closed position this pastry cutter measures 2-1/2″ and when fully extended, its is 24-1/2″ wide.
